Privacy Policy

How juttalicious.com handles your personal data, which cookies we use and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Rowdy Geenen is responsible for the processing of personal data through juttalicious.com. Send questions or requests about your data through the contact form.

The contact form

When you send a message, we process your name, email address, subject and message. If you are interested in an acquisition, we also process the offer you enter. You automatically receive a confirmation at the email address you gave; it contains fixed text only.

We use these details only to answer your message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for an acquisition offer, steps you request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep your message no longer than needed to handle it.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect bots. To do this, Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint and browser details (User-Agent). For securing this site, Cloudflare acts as a processor on our behalf. When Cloudflare uses the same signals to improve its bot detection, it is a controller for that purpose itself. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice.

We allow one message per 24 hours per IP address and per email address. For this we store your IP address in pseudonymised form (hashed with a secret key) and your email address, together with the time. This data is deleted automatically after 30 days. The form's log file contains only the time and status, no name, email address or message.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable and free from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and statistics

juttalicious.com sets no cookies without your consent. We only store your cookie choice in your own browser (localStorage), so we don't have to ask on every visit. That choice is valid for 12 months.

If you consent to statistics, we load Google Analytics. It sets cookies (_ga and _ga_M9BC95SWR4) and processes data about your visit, such as pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location. Google may also process this data outside your own country, see Google's privacy policy. How long the statistics are kept follows from the retention setting in our Analytics account.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page or with the button below. Google Analytics then stops and we remove the Analytics cookies from your browser.

Hosting

The website runs at hosting provider Hostinger. As with any website, the server processes technical data, including your IP address, to deliver pages to your browser and to secure the site.

Sharing with others

We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising. Only the parties above are involved: Cloudflare, Hostinger and, with your consent, Google. We don't create profiles and make no automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, have its processing restricted, object, and have your data transferred. You can withdraw a consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form; you will hear from us within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes

If anything changes in how we process data, we update this policy. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
